Client:  Wicklow Municipal County Council

We were awarded this job through the Tendering Process. We took an original panel from the site and made a new pattern to replicate it. From this we then cast over 450 panels in our foundry. We then galvanized each panel using a specialised system to galvanize cast iron. Each panel was then treated in the specified RAL colour.

We produced the brackets for fitting in steel, galvanized them and again finished in the matching RAL colour.

Each panel was carefully installed along the sea wall to bring the promenade back to it’s original appearance.

The job was done in 3 stages and completed ahead of schedule.
